（業務内容補足）
・居宅の場合、訪問数は目安として10～13件程度／日。
　(最大16件／日を目標)
・施設の場合、1施設5～20名程度を診ていただきます。
・状況により日勤帯の緊急往診対応あり
　（0～2件／日）※転倒や発熱対応等
・同行：アシスタント、ドライバー
・手技：注射・点滴・採血・尿カテ交換対応は必須
　　　　（胃瘻、気管切開・交換等はなし）
契約期間: 1年更新
